Orders containing Cakes, Snack and Sauces are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked service. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail. Delivery is a flat rate - £3.90
Local Meal Plans - delivered to FY/PR postcodes only - your order will be delivered on Sunday afternoon. We will send you a message the day before with an estimated delivery window.
Meal plans (Nationwide) - your order will ship from our kitchen on Saturday for a Sunday delivery. DPD will keep you updated via text and email and will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window on Sunday morning. If you are not going to be in when delivery is due to take place, please follow the instructions DPD provide - you can specify a neighbour, safe location or collect from your local parcel shop. It is imperative that you select an option if you are not in to ensure your parcel is delivered. Your parcel is temperature controlled and maintains the temperature within for a minimum of 48 hours.
If you wish to order cheesecakes or pizza without ordering a meal plan, please note there is a minimum order value of £50. This is due to the cost of the temperature controlled packaging. You are welcome to add other products to your basket to meet the minimum value. Your order will ship from our kitchen on Saturday for a Sunday delivery. DPD will be in touch to provide a delivery window on the morning of delivery.
